Women Go Tech – Third Week: Boosting Productivity with AI (Even for a Skeptic Like Me)

This week’s focus in my Women Go Tech journey was all about boosting productivity using AI tools. Honestly, I started out quite skeptical—after all, who really needs to be more productive when weekends already feel way too short? (I’m still lobbying for 3-day weekends, by the way.)

But to my surprise, AI actually brought some fresh and useful perspectives on managing daily life and work more efficiently. Here’s what stood out for me this week:

1. AI for Parents: Meal Planning, Routines, and Lists
As a parent, juggling meals, kids’ schedules, shopping, and errands can be overwhelming. AI helped me create meal plans that fit my family’s tastes and needs, organize my child’s day routine, and generate shopping and to-do lists that actually make life easier. It felt like having a personal assistant focused entirely on family logistics!

2. Healthier Desserts Made Easy
I had fun transforming my favorite dessert into a healthier, allergy-friendly version with AI’s help. This was not only a tasty experiment but also opened my eyes to how AI can support better nutrition without sacrificing enjoyment.

3. AI Learning Coach: A New Perspective
One of the coolest discoveries was the concept of an AI learning coach. I hadn’t considered using AI to structure and motivate my learning process before, but it’s like having a personal tutor who adapts to your pace and style. Definitely a gamechanger for anyone trying to upskill or master new topics.

4. Custom GPTs: The Future, Just Out of Reach
I also explored the idea of custom GPTs—tailored AI assistants designed for specific needs. Although this feature is currently locked behind paid plans and I couldn’t test it yet, I’m excited about the potential for highly personalized AI helpers in the near future.

5. My Gamechanger: Weekly Game Plan with AI
The biggest shock of the week came from asking AI to create a weekly game plan including all my daily activities. I always thought I wasn’t doing that much and still had plenty of free time. Seeing everything laid out so clearly was eye-opening! It really showed me how my time is spent and where I can improve balance or focus.

  1. Tworzysz wartościowe treści, które naprawdę wnoszą coś nowego.Zatrzymałem się przy tym wpisie na dłużej. Forma i treść – jedno wspiera drugie.

    1. Chcialam sie nauczyc LLMow w praktyce. Wczesniej probowalam tworzyc wlasne sieci neuronowe, ale juz teraz zyjemy w rzeczywistosci, w ktorej AI wybuchlo. Nie ma rady – trzeba sie tego nauczyc!
