Women Go Tech – Second Week: How AI Transformed My Workflow and Learning

This week has been incredibly exciting and eye-opening on my Woman Go Tech journey. I got to dive deep into the world of AI, especially ChatGPT, and explore how it can supercharge various tasks in both professional and personal life. Here’s a quick recap of the breakthroughs and insights I had:

1. Creative Writing and Content Planning
I’ve always loved blogging but found it time-consuming to create well-structured and polished posts. Thanks to ChatGPT, I can now generate blog content much faster, and with a sophistication that elevates my writing style. It’s like having a personal editor and idea generator rolled into one.

2. Crafting and Refining CVs, Cover Letters, and Interview Prep
Preparing job application documents used to stress me out, but AI made it surprisingly smooth. Whether it’s drafting a cover letter or optimizing my CV, the suggestions are spot-on and more practical than many platforms I’ve tried, even beyond coding-focused sites like HackerRank. Plus, practicing interview questions with AI helped me feel more confident and ready.

3. Multilingual AI and Translations
One of the most empowering moments was realizing I can now access and create content in my native language and others effortlessly. AI’s translation and multilingual capabilities put the internet’s knowledge literally at my fingertips—no more language barriers holding me back.

4. Summarizing and Simplifying Complex Texts
I’ve often struggled with dense technical or academic articles, but AI helped me break them down into clear, digestible summaries. This is a total game-changer for learning new topics quickly and retaining information better.

5. Creating Plans Using Known Methodologies
From SMART goals to WOOP planning, I used AI to help structure my projects and personal goals more effectively. Having these frameworks applied automatically made planning less intimidating and more actionable.

6. Managing Workload and Burnout
AI also guided me in managing stress and balancing my workload. It suggested practical strategies and checklists tailored to avoid burnout, which is crucial as I juggle multiple roles and responsibilities.

Bonus: I even took two AI-related tests this week and scored 90% on both! It feels great to validate what I’ve learned so far and motivates me to keep pushing forward.

All in all, this week was a fantastic example of how AI is not just a buzzword but a powerful tool that can transform how we learn, work, and create. I’m excited to continue exploring and sharing these experiences on my Woman Go Tech journey.
